A Dietitian is a healthcare professional specialising in the field of food, nutrition, and dietetics. They utilise their knowledge and expertise to promote healthy eating habits, prevent and manage various medical conditions, and offer personalised dietary advice.
Bright Hearts is a registered charity that exists to support Young People and their families by providing therapeutic services that support Kid’s mental health, well-being & resilience.
We work extensively with Young People, their caregivers in out-of-home care or who are neurodiverse and have experienced any kind of trauma. We are based in the Yuin Nation, in Nowra NSW and service the Shoalhaven and Illawarra, as well as providing support for remote and regional locations online or over the phone.
Changing Tide offers comprehensive education and skill development for NDIS participants, available in both individual and group options. We help individuals express themselves confidently through our Speak Up, Connect program, and build better relationships by teaching respect, consent, and safety. Our Discover You sessions focus on enhancing self-worth and navigating life with clarity. We ensure online safety through our Stay Safe Online workshops and support participants through puberty changes. Our Empower Your Sexual Wellness program promotes informed sexual health. Key areas covered include communication, self-esteem, puberty, healthy relationships, online safety, and sexual education
